You are responsible for reviewing a provider’s qualifications, licensing, insurance, pricing, treatment plan, contract terms, and suitability before authorizing work. Service availability, timing, results, and pricing vary by provider and location.
Communications consent
When you submit or communicate a service request, you authorize Pest Shield and independent providers relevant to that request to contact you by phone, text, or email, including through automated technology where permitted by law. Consent is not a condition of purchasing service. Message and data rates may apply. You may request that communications stop at any time.
Permitted use
